For even a semi-amateur journalist (whatever the hell that is), that is some of the worst writing I have ever had the displeasure to read. Maybe she's angling for a gig at Gawker.

I think she's trying really hard to be hip and edgy and emo and Goth, and she's trying way, way, way too hard. Not worth the time to reply to her.

After looking at the site more I'm thinking this is a satire site. There is no way the writers are THAT crazy.

But even if it's satire it is very poorly done. The Onion is satire but it's funny. This site is just offensive and crude. I wonder how it even stays afloat because the majority of comments on their site are negative.

Now I'm really curious to know if she is really as bad of a person as her writer makes her out to be, or if she's trying too hard to be edge and just making shit up that she doesn't believe.

The more I think about it, the more I think it's a front for somebody who wants to be edgy and relevant but just isn't any good at it. Read this piece. Count the adjectives. Count how many ways she tries to come up with a different way to describe her vagina. It reads like a freshman writing project (at best). She wants to be taken seriously, but is too insecure (or just too bad an author) to let her opinions speak for themselves. Her attempts to create some sort of "Gothic prose" get in the way. It's laughable and pathetic at the same time. She will only ever find an audience of like minded people, and she will never change anybody's mind.

I did see at the end that it was written by another author. But all the stuff you said is true. These posts read like pieces written by people trying really hard to be edgy and ironic. Which makes them inauthentic and stupid.
